Are we in need of a secret identity when the entire reason for our thievery does not seem to exist here at the moment? The only palaces I have seen are ones in text books and travel guides.
i’ve noticed that some things from our world have appeared in Recolle, so it’s possible that the Metaverse (the realm where Palaces exist) might show up, too.
however, what you said is still true. if we don’t change hearts now, there’s no reason to hide it since detectives and cops won’t be on our case, but i don’t think we should scream it on a megaphone when we’re at school.
That's a concerning thought. Metaverse is that strange black and red underground network, yes? I don't think that would be especially safe to be accessible to anyone with access to the app.
If there are others similar to us, I don't see the issue in sharing a little about our circumstances. Have they done the same in the past?
they seem to fight gods like us and Minako mentioned there being a tower were Shadows resided in her memories called Tartarus. Shadows for us are in the Metaverse, by the way. likewise, i met Yukiko's fake Shadow in October during the fog... it's almost exactly like the Shadow Rulers of the Palaces we infiltrate.
i wouldn't say they go stealing stuff like us, but we have several things in common.
So, those of us with Personas have all experiences similar scenarios to those we have had with palaces or mementos. That's fine, and good to know, but what about those with access to the retrospec app who do not have that experience, or the means to defend themselves.
In this hypothetical scenario where Mementos appears and menaces the city, I mean.
Perhaps telling others like us is a good idea, to be prepared for potential scenarios like this.

there's a separate app to go into the Metaverse, so they should be fine, but there is a chance Mementos may show up and consume reality if it comes at all.

But a contingency plan is a good idea. If we have the means to help people, then we should be prepared. This is of course hypothetical. Hopefully none of it will be needed.
