Wolves generally don't engage humans unless they're starving, so I wonder why they're a threat... It's more likely that a pack would move onto a different territory in that case too. They're very understanding of the risk-reward ratio.
If you dissect it, you may as well eat some of it. But keeping a sample may be interesting. Or you could send it along to Zee and see what they think.
