The snowflakes seem to fall off of his scales, as if he's protected by a special power. [Elliot grabs his coat from the coat-hanger and heads straight out the backdoor, still putting it on when he gets out there. When he sees the dragon? He gapes, with wide eyes. He's seen Minako's Seth, and there was the bony remains Zoro-Agruga-- but neither of them had been serpentine dragons.
[ Akira makes his appearance while fixing his scarf and kicking up some snow, admiring the majestic creature. Kohryu circles Elliot, examining him, though there's no pressure at all. The dragon seems comfortable because Akira feels comfortable. Eventually, the coiling stops and he hangs his head in front of Elliot, letting the whiskers twirl in the nippy air, so he can gaze into his eyes.

[ Shoulders dropping, Akira seems relieved by that fact. ]
[It's a little intimidating, being in the presence of a dragon. But despite that, it's less intimidating than Seth or Zoro-Agruga. Seth was a good dragon, but his fearsome jaws and dark appearance made him a little scary. Zoro-Agruga...well, he was a skeleton dragon that tried to kill him, so...y e a h.
Kohryu on the other hand, seems comfortable and collected. Akira describing him as a granddad wasn't off. After deciding that it seemed safe enough, he'll reach out his hand to pet the dragon gently]
You're a healer too, huh...? [He says with a bit in awe. That was something else. He was curious to know what that entails.
He glances back at Akira. ] W-Would it be okay if I sensed him? I'm curious about his power...
[ What kind of word is sense?? Akira looks over to Elliot with inquisitive and questioning eyes, obviously confused, but he has a guess what he means... It's that analysis skill, right? Futaba has the same thing, he thinks.
Stroking his chin, he turns his attention to his dragon friend. ]
[He closes his eyes and furrows his brow as he concentrates on Kohryu. A moment later, Akira will feel that odd presence in his head he did back when they had their magic spar. It only lasts a moment, until Elliot's able to get the info he wants.
Kohryu. Akira's Persona. One of the holy dragons of Chinese lore, the Golden Dragon appears in times of great fortune or joy. His dominion over the earth extends to the four gods Long, Gui Xian, Feng Huang, and Baihu. Reflects Electricity, blocks Nuclear and Bless, weak against Psychic. Abilities are... and so on.
Elliot will open his eyes and pet the dragon again. Good boy]
Weird that he's weak against his own spells...he's pretty strong otherwise though. [He'll keep his eyes on the dragon, carefully keeping his tone light] Aha, guess with his healing you won't really need me anymore.
It might be different if you analyze the one that Yu and Souji have.
[ But the reflect electricity seems to be something the dragons have in common. Unlike Satanael, Kohryu doesn't at all react or speak when he feels like he's being scanned. The old man sees no reason to fuss especially when he's being pampered.

While he’s glad he can heal, he can admit he’s far from being able to carry the burden of Injured crowds. Elliot is by far more experienced than him in this field, too.

[Weird to have a harmless arch-nemesis, but hey, if that's how Akira wants to go about his "villainry", who was Elliot to criticize. He just helps the guy.
